Terms of Service

Pusaka Intelligence provides AI-generated research and general information about publicly traded securities and markets. Everything in the Services is for informational and educational purposes only.

• We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner, and nothing in the Services is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
• Our content is impersonal and is not tailored to your finances, goals or risk tolerance. It is not a recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any security.
• Investing involves risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Consult a licensed professional before acting on any information.
• Pusaka, its affiliates, officers and employees may hold positions in securities discussed in the Services.

Our reports are produced with the help of artificial intelligence and automated data processing. AI systems can make mistakes, omit important facts, rely on outdated or inaccurate source data, or produce statements that sound confident but are wrong. We do not guarantee that any output is accurate, complete, current or suitable for your purposes. You should independently verify important information against primary sources, such as SEC filings, before relying on it. Outputs are generated by quantitative models and automated algorithms. They do not constitute guaranteed facts or dynamic audit verification.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Priority Support guarantees email acknowledgment and response within 1 business day for account, technical, and report-clarification inquiries. Priority Support does not include individual financial advice, customized investment recommendations, or tailored portfolio consulting.

Priority Support communications are strictly limited to technical issues, billing, and general methodology explanations. Staff will not interpret research in the context of an individual user's personal financial situation.

Plans and pricing. Our plans, features and prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. All plans are billed monthly. Some plans may be offered in limited numbers. We may change plans or prices for future billing periods with advance notice.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. We will show you the price, billing frequency and how to cancel before you subscribe. BY SUBSCRIBING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW MONTHLY AT THE THEN-CURRENT RATE UNTIL CANCELED. YOU MUST CANCEL AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE TO AVOID THE NEXT BILLING CHARGE.

Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing help@pusakaintelligence.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period, and you keep access until then.

Orders processed by Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes your payment, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoice. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. You authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for each renewal.

Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Alert frequency, notification speed, and distribution channels vary by subscription tier. High-tier plans may receive real-time or same-day notifications that are not included in entry-level tiers. All research and alerts are prepared as general, impersonal publications and are distributed according to established tier delivery schedules.

Alert timing differences are strictly structured by subscription tier and do not constitute selective disclosure of material non-public information. All subscribers receive access based on a pre-established, objective tier schedule.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and reports for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• copy, redistribute, resell, publish or share our reports or data, except for brief excerpts with attribution for personal discussion;
• scrape, crawl, or use bots or other automated means to extract content or data from the Services;
• use our content to build, train or improve a competing product or any machine learning model;
• reverse engineer or attempt to access source code, models or non-public systems;
• interfere with the security or operation of the Services, or probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• use the Services to manipulate markets, spread misinformation, or violate any law or regulation, including securities laws.

You may not use output from the Services to benchmark, train, fine-tune, or reverse-engineer competing AI models or quantitative algorithms.

The Services, including software, text, graphics, reports, data compilations, trademarks and the Pusaka Intelligence name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws in Indonesia, the United States and other countries. Except for the license above, we reserve all rights. Some data is supplied by third-party providers who keep their rights and may impose additional restrictions.

You keep ownership of anything you submit, such as search queries, watchlists and notes ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Services as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

The Services rely on data and content from third parties, including public filings and market-data vendors. We do not control or guarantee those sources, and links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Market data may be delayed.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUSAKA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AND (B) US$100.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Pusaka and its affiliates, officers, directors and employees from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Services unlawfully, or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 1, 2, 5, 6, 9–11, 13, 14 and 16.

These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, please email help@pusakaintelligence.com first. You and Pusaka agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through informal negotiations within 30 days of notice.

Binding Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this section.

Arbitration Seat and Language. The seat of the arbitration shall be Singapore. The tribunal shall consist of one (1) arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

Individual claims only. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND PUSAKA AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new effective date and notify you by email or in the Services. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and cancel your subscription.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Pusaka about the Services. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization (including a transfer to a future affiliated company) or sale of the business.
