Privacy Policy

Information you give us

• Account details: name, email address, password and, if you choose, profile preferences.
• Billing details: payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment details directly. We receive limited billing information from Paddle, such as your name, email, billing country, plan, card brand, last four digits and transaction history. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Your content: searches, watchlists, saved reports, notes and any messages you send us.
• Communications: emails and support requests you send us, and your marketing preferences.
• Early-user program and survey responses: if you join our pre-launch early-user program, we collect the email address you choose to give us (optional) and your survey answers, such as your investor type, the tools you use, your preferred plan and how much you would be willing to pay.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, features used, referring URLs, timestamps and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Cookies: see Section 5.

Information from other sources

• Our payment processor (Paddle), analytics providers and fraud-prevention services.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, such as government identification numbers, brokerage account credentials or financial account numbers. Please do not submit them to us.

• To provide, operate, secure and improve the Services, including generating and delivering research reports.
• To create and manage your account, process payments and send receipts and renewal notices.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To send service announcements and, where permitted, marketing emails you can opt out of at any time.
• To use early-user sign-ups and survey responses to gauge demand, shape our plans and pricing, and send launch updates and our early-user offer. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
• To analyze usage, develop new features and measure performance.
• To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents and violations of our Terms.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

We use AI models, some provided by third-party vendors, to generate research outputs. When you submit a query, it may be processed by those vendors on our behalf under contracts that restrict their use of your data. We do not use your account information or your content to train our own or third-party foundation AI models. We may use de-identified and aggregated usage data to improve the Services. Please do not enter confidential or sensitive personal information into AI features. We utilize enterprise-grade API agreements with third-party AI vendors that strictly prohibit those vendors from using your queries, content, or prompt inputs to train, fine-tune, or improve their foundation models.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers that help us operate the Services, such as cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, survey tools and AI model providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record, which receives your billing and transaction data to process payments, calculate and collect taxes, issue invoices, handle refunds and prevent fraud. Paddle handles that data under its own privacy notice.
• Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is required by law, court order or legal process, or necessary to protect rights, safety and security.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy's protections.
• With your consent or at your direction.
• Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

We use only two kinds of cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential cookies that keep you signed in, remember your preferences, secure the Services and make checkout work.
• Analytics cookies that help us understand how the Services are used so we can improve them.

We do not use advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the Services from working. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent where required by applicable law.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Account data is retained while your account remains active and for up to 24 months following account closure, unless a longer retention period is mandated by tax or financial reporting laws. Billing and transaction logs are maintained by Paddle and Pusaka for the statutory retention period required for legal, auditing, and tax compliance (typically 5 to 7 years). Early-user emails and survey responses are retained for up to 12 months post-launch, or until you unsubscribe or request erasure, whichever occurs first.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a portable copy of it, opt out of marketing emails and withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email help@pusakaintelligence.com. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within 30 days. You can also update some account details in your settings and unsubscribe from marketing using the link in any email. If you request deletion of your personal data, we will erase your account and marketing information. However, we may retain certain limited transaction records and billing details where necessary to comply with statutory legal, tax, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations.

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact help@pusakaintelligence.com and we will delete it.

We are not a bank, broker-dealer or investment adviser, and we do not collect or hold your brokerage or financial account credentials. Payment card data is handled by Paddle, our PCI-compliant payment processor and Merchant of Record.

The Services may link to third-party sites and tools. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Pusaka is based in Indonesia and serves users worldwide. We process personal information in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). User data is hosted with Render in Singapore. Our other service providers may also process your information in other countries. When that happens, we take appropriate safeguards to protect your information, such as contractual commitments from those providers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or through the Services.
