Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes your payment, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax, GST, or VAT, and issues your official invoices and receipts. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars on our pricing page and at checkout.

All subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically on your monthly renewal date until canceled. You authorize Paddle to charge your stored payment method for each renewal term at the then-current plan price.

How to Cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account settings on pusakaintelligence.com, via the "Manage Subscription" link in your Paddle receipt email, or by visiting paddle.net. You may also request cancellation by emailing help@pusakaintelligence.com.

Timing. To avoid being charged for the next monthly billing cycle, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your upcoming renewal date.

Access After Cancellation. When you cancel, future automatic renewals stop immediately. You will retain full access to the Services until the end of your current paid billing cycle. Cancellation does not retroactively refund fees already paid.

Except as described in the 14-Day Money-Back Period below, all fees are non-refundable once paid. This includes first payments, renewals, partial billing periods and unused time remaining on a subscription. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, United Kingdom, European Economic Area, or other jurisdiction with statutory withdrawal rights, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of any transaction in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and applicable law.

14-Day Money-Back Period

• If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase or subscription sign-up.
• To qualify, contact us at help@pusakaintelligence.com within the 14-day window.
• Once granted, your subscription access will be terminated immediately upon processing the refund.
• Subsequent renewals or recurring billing charges following the initial 14-day period are non-refundable.

The only exceptions are:

• Where the law requires a refund. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection or other laws that apply to you.
• Billing errors. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged without your authorization, contact us at help@pusakaintelligence.com within 60 days of the charge. If there was an error, we will correct it through Paddle, including by refunding you to your original payment method.

Orders are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under Paddle's Buyer Terms or applicable law.

Approved corrections and any refunds required by law are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to show the credit. Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank so we can resolve the issue quickly. Access may be suspended while a disputed payment is open. Please contact us at help@pusakaintelligence.com or via paddle.net before opening a dispute with your bank. Unannounced or fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate termination of your Pusaka account and forfeiture of access across all services.
